 My name is Simona Romagnoli and I LOVE APULIA! 

It was love at first sight, thanks to my parents who, in 2004, decided to embark on this Apulian adventure amidst LAND, SEA AND OLIVE TREES!

Since then, this red-coloured land has always nourished my BODY AND MIND, bringing me ever closer to it each day, helping me discover and rediscover the VALUE OF THE LAND in producing our EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL. Listening to the stories passed down from father to son by local artisans and discovering hidden artists of boundless and brilliant creativity has been, and continues to be, a constant source of inspiration for me.

justpugliafactory was born, a 100% Italian project, which aims to tell the story of PUGLIA and discover it’s unseen territories.

Our factory’s mission is to celebrate the infinite resources of this region, drawing inspiration from its authenticity, its landscapes, its people and its history:

Through justpugliafactory’s extra virgin olive oil, we tell a story that has been passed down for centuries: the story of the value of the land and the tradition of cultivating and loving it.

By collaborating with Apulian and international artists and supporting art and culture created by young people, we bring to life projects of excellence that become cultural and artistic dialogues, opening up new connections.
