Artistic Residency in Puglia Summer 2024

The 7th of September 2024 our first Artistic Residency TRADERE tradition and transmission ended in the Dimora CieloTerra in the heart of Carovigno, Puglia.

This project was strongly desired by me and Ludovica Morleo, curator of the residency and a young Apulian artist.

We chose to start with music, dances and the sounds of the region to convey the culture and tradition of this land. The performers are the young local musicians and artists who, with passion and authenticity, continue to vibrate and tell the story of these places. The alleys and squares around us become a place for workshops and a stage for concerts and performances. The residency every day is a magical space where students and artists create bonds, cultural contamination and thought.

Proud of this wonderful success, we are working on new projects to enhance the territory by collaborating with Apulian and international artists.

We will soon announce the dates of the next Artistic Residencies in 2025.

Si è conclusa il 7 settembre 2024 la nostra prima Residenza Artistica TRADERE tradizione e trasmissione

nella Dimora CieloTerra nel cuore di Carovigno in Puglia.

Questo progetto è stato fortemente voluto da me e da Ludovica Morleo, curatrice della residenza e giovane artista pugliese.

Abbiamo scelto di iniziare con la musica, la danza e le sonorità del territorio per trasmettere la cultura e la tradizione di questa terra.  Gli interpreti sono i giovani musicisti ed artisti locali, che con passione ed autenticità continuano a far vibrare e raccontare la storia di questi luoghi. I vicoli e le piazze intorno a noi diventano il luogo per laboratori e palcoscenico per concerti e performance. La residenza ogni giorno è uno spazio magico in cui studenti ed artisti creano legami, contaminazioni culturali e di pensiero.

Fieri di questo bellissimo successo, stiamo lavorando a nuovi progetti per la valorizzazione del territorio collaborando con artisti pugliesi ed internazionali.
